ABOUT THE QLD CHAPTER

The Queensland chapter of the Electrical Energy Society of Australia (EESA) is a vibrant and active society in Queensland with members spread right across the state.

Aligning with the national objectives, the Queensland Chapter provides a continuous professional development program to members of the Society who have an interest in the field of electric energy. This encompasses all areas of the industry including generation, transmission, distribution, retail and customer end-use. Through our technical program, the QLD Chapter offers engaging and informative online and in-person presentations with industry leading presenters from all areas of the QLD electricity industry. In addition to this, the QLD Chapter organises networking events to help our members grow their professional network and connect with other EESA members.

With our current membership now exceeding 300 members and the staging of in-person events both within Brisbane and regional areas of Queensland, it is the aim of the Queensland Chapter to provide great technical presentations and equally great events for all those interested in the electrical supply industry within Queensland.
